HR Operations Manager (KSA National)

Our client, a Global leading billion dollar brand in Saudi Arabia, are seeking a best practice, ambitious and fast-paced HR Manager to head up their Riyadh operation.
The main scope of this role is to develop and implement policies and procedures, in order to provide an effective ER solution in line with business strategy and industrial relations across the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management and staff and to encourage harmonious industrial relations.
• Supervise employee relations staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Plan and organize the effective communication of all personnel policies to employees.
• Fully manage all administrative items for our office in Riyadh.
• Manage the office relocation project.
• Responsible about completing all HR related items like the training completion, evaluations, and surveys.
• Manage the T&A system for Riyadh branch and ensure the overall commitment to the company’s policy.
• Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff.
• Immediately interfere, support, and solve any issue related to government if it needs a support from government main office in Riyadh
• Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees (issuance of business visas, visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, and Iqamas for Riyadh Employees)
• Ensure properly managing all General Affairs (GA) related items like building contracts, office management, office maintenance, houses and compound management, and external agencies like insurance and travel.
• Carry out all necessary research to provide information to support negotiations on pay and conditions.
• Advise managers on all aspects of employee relations and on the interpretation of joint agreements.
• Support managers at disciplinary or grievance hearings, or in the event of collective disputes or industrial action
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about employment law as it relates to employee relations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Multinational environment is essential
• 7- 10 years progressive HR experience within Saudi Arabia
• Excellent knowledge of local Saudi Labour Laws and Saudisation
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Certification in HR is HIGHLY preferred – CIPD, PHR, SHRM
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or ideally HR
