A rapidly growing hospitality group is searching for an innovative pastry chef to be based at their central production kitchen in Dubai. You must be on trend and have a desire to create the next big thing in desserts.
Are you a creative genius when it comes to desserts? Are you frustrated with the lack of autonomy to in your current role and crave the freedom produce new concepts? This could be the role for you.

An exciting restaurant group with multiple outlets across Dubai and the wider GCC are searching for a Pastry Chef to elevate their menu. Reporting directly to the CEO you will design new desserts that will wow the restaurants vast following.

The role will be based at the central kitchen and you will have 15 direct reports. Outside of menu development you will also teach and coach the team below you. You will also hold solid leadership capabilities as well as have a passion for the continuous development and improvement of the people, product and profit of the pastry business with a focus on high quality and consistency.

You will judged on your ability to create and innovate not on your level of experience. All candidates must have a portfolio to support their application.
