A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a Global Consumer Giant who are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to take overall responsibility for the entire GCC recruitment processes.
Core Role Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the HR Director and driving strategic recruitment planning and processes for the GCC region, this role partners closely with key stakeholders across the entire region in order to attract and engage the very best talent into the business.

• Drive the talent acquisition strategy, execute and develop a comprehensive plan in line with business goals.
• Lead on all recruitment activities and determine current staffing needs and forecasts.
• Lead Employer branding – drive the employer brand to all candidates and external parties to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Effectively partner with stakeholders and HR counterparts to ensure a smooth process and experience.
• Collaborate and partner closely with recruitment agencies to achieve maximum cost effectiveness and quality in production.
• Support University relations initiatives and ad-hoc talent acquisition special project work as required.
• Partner with the Regional Shared Services Manager.
• Manage the day to day operational recruitment and selection.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for Line Managers to increase organisational awareness and capabilities in using tools such as competency based interviewing approach, promoting best practice.

Candidate Requirements:

• University Degree, Master’s Degree, and a HR certification such as CIPD would be preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 recruitment/talent acquisition experience within a multinational environment covering the MENA region.
• Proven track record of strategic experience partnering closely with stakeholders and business leaders.
• HR system experience such as Taleo, Workday, SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a highly pressured fast paced environment and deliver on multiple volume recruitment assignments.
