There is no substitute for experience

However good we at the Gulf Recruitment Group are as recruiters, we will always miss the context gained by having operated at board level in industries other than our own. Our senior advisory board are hand-picked leaders from around the region with a variety of industry backgrounds and professional expertise.
The role of the senior advisory board is to both network and advise on retained assignments in the planning and execution phase.
